关于瞬时受体电位通道(TRPV)的系列研究被Nature·China(自然·中国)列为2010中国科学亮点研究Top10,入选F1000 医学,并被国家自然基金委遴选为2011年度科学基金资助项目十六项优秀成果之一及2007年以来中国心血管基础研究被引用频次Top10 论文。研究成果被编入《Kaplan高血压病学》和《TRP离子通道》等国外权威专著,牵头撰写肥胖相关性高血压中国专家共识;主编国内首部系统阐述代谢综合征基础与临床的专著,受欧洲科学院院士Nilius 等邀请为Pflugers Arch6种国际期刊撰写TRP 通道与高血压和代谢病的综述,参编国际知名TRP 通道专家Arpad 主编《TRP 通道作为治疗靶标:从基础科学到临床应用》的专著。    

 激活TRPV1降血压的工作发表于《Cell Metabolism》,并采纳了我们设计的封面,美国耶鲁大学Sessa教授撰写了《一种降压的新途径——请用辣椒!》的专题述评,指出“Yang等人的研究提供了一个令人信服的证据和一个全新的观点,表明辣椒素可以通过激活血管内皮细胞上的TRPV1促进血管功能进而降低血压。通过进食富含辣椒素的食物可能成为有效预防高血压的全新途径”。有关TRPC3/TRPC5的研究, 国际TRP通道研究权威,欧洲科学院院士Nilius Physiol Rev 2007 指出“SHR 大鼠TRPC3 异常激活,提示该通道参与原发性高血压的发生”;Tano发表在Channels的综述中指出:“该研究率先发现高血压病人中TRPC3 上调与单核细胞迁移增加相关,提示TRPC通道表达与功能的改变与单核细胞在血管性疾病发病中的作用,以及此种联系可能与高血压和代谢紊乱性疾病相关”。
